RMA Process
In order to return a product, you must
obtain a RMA number from your sales associate or the customer service
department.
Returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
To expedite the RMA process, you may fill out the RMA request form
and fax it to (408) 521-0520.
Generally, the following information is needed for a RMA request to
be approved:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- The number of items being returned
- Whether the product box has been opened
- Nature of the problem
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to Mirapath on returned
items, and Mirapath will pay the shipping charges on the replacement
or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement
refund or credit at Mirapath's discretion. If authorized, returns
after 30 days from invoice will be issued credit toward FUTURE PURCHASES
ONLY.
If your return product is accepted, we will post a credit to your
Mirapath account within 48 hours from the time that we receive the
returned merchandise. Each return is credited in the same manner as
payment.
After you receive your RMA#, please note:
- Your RMA# is valid for 15 business days
- Ensure that all original material such as documentation, manuals,
cables, CDs are included in the returned shipment
- Ensure that the product returned is packaged securely with sufficient
packing material. Mirapath is not liable for damage caused during
shipment back to us
- It is also suggested that you insure the return package. We
are not liable for lost merchandise
- Clearly mark the shipping box with the RMA# issued
