1) I ordered a product today how long will it take to receive it?
Lead time will depend on the manufacturer as well as shipping method. Ask your sales contact for accurate lead time.

2) How do I track my shipment?
Once your shipment has left our facilities, our customer service department or your sales associate will email you the tracking number associated with your shipment.

3) What is Mirapath's return policy?
In general, Mirapath accepts returns on merchandise from within 30 days excluding custom-built solutions. However, Mirapath, at its discretion, will authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Some returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4) Can I call the manufacturer for technical support? Yes. In addition, to Mirapath as a resource for your techical support questions. Our customers' are fully entitled to manufacturers' service and support.
