Frequently Asked Questions
1. I ordered a product today. How long will it take to receive it?
Lead time will depend on the stock levels and availability. It varies from same day shipping to 14 business days or more for custom orders. Ask your sales contact for accurate lead time. We will keep you informed and make every attempt to meet your project deadlines.
2. How do I track my shipment?
Our customer service department or your sales associate will email you the tracking number associated with your shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping.
3. What is Mirapath's return policy?
In general, Mirapath accepts returns within 30 days for closed boxes, excluding custom solutions. Returns might be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturers' policy and condition of the returned products.
4. Can I call the manufacturer for technical support?
Yes. Our customers' are fully entitled to manufacturers' service and support. Our support team is also available to you.
5. How do I return a product?
In order to return a product, you must obtain a RMA number from your sales associate or the customer service department.
Returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted.

Payment terms and methods
- We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Money order, wire transfer and cashier's check payments are also welcome.
- We do offer credit terms. Please fill out our credit application. It generally takes 7-10 business days to approve your credit. Standard payment term is net 30 days from date of invoice.
- If the customer does not fulfill Mirapath's credit requirement, payment in full is required prior to order confirmation. Mirapath reserves the right to place a customer on credit hold, in which event we shall promptly notify the customer.
- When paying with your credit card, please provide:
- the full name on the credit card
- billing address
- telephone number your credit card company has on file
- Inaccurate information may cause delays in processing your order.
- Customers agree to pay interest on all past-due balances at the highest rate allowed by law.
Delivery
- Products delivered are shipped Free on Board (FOB) Cupertino, CA, unless otherwise specified.
- For accurate leadtime, contact your sales associate or the customer service department.
- Title of equipment passes to customer upon shipment.
- All products are shipped insured via FedEx, UPS or other shipping couriers.
Return policy
- If not completely satisfied, customers may return products to Mirapath within 30 days for a refund on the purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Some products will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please check with a sales representative if restocking charges are a concern.
- Customer must return products to Mirapath in original packaging and condition. Customer assumes responsibility for the shipping charges as well as the risks for loss and damage during shipment.
- All returns must be accompanied with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email

- Mirapath customers are also fully entitled to manufacturers' service and support.
Warranty and optional service plans
- Warranty and optional service plans varies depending on product purchased. Ask your sales associate for details.
Governing law
- These terms and conditions shall be in all respects governed by the laws of the State of California.
RMA Process
Generally, the following information is needed for a RMA request to be approved:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- The number of items being returned
- Whether the product box has been opened
- Nature of the problem
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Mirapath on returned items, and Mirapath will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Mirapath's discretion. If authorized, returns after 30 days from invoice will be issued as credit toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
If your return product is accepted, we will post a credit to your Mirapath account within 96 hours from the time that we receive the returned merchandise. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment.
After you receive your RMA#, please note:
- Your RMA# is valid for 15 business days
- Ensure that all original material such as documentation, manuals, cables, CDs are included in the returned shipment
- Ensure that the product returned is packaged securely with sufficient packing material. Mirapath is not liable for damage caused during shipment back to us
- It is also suggested that you insure the return package. We are not liable for lost merchandise
- Clearly mark the shipping box with the RMA# issued
