How to recover a Cyclades ACS

I have a Cyclades ACS that will not boot up. The boot is in a loop and it always always give a Kernel Panic error message. Is there a way to recover it?

Answer: Yes, there is. You need to do a TFTP boot and then reimage the unit. You can find a step-by-step procedure here.
