Overview
The Avocent HMX system eliminates distance limitations. The HMX 1070 user station delivers high-quality video ( up to 1900 x 1200 @ 60Hz) and CD quality audio by providing remote access to your workstations from anywhere on the LAN. Computer users can enjoy the full desktop experience including keyboard, video, mouse, speakers, and USB mass media devices, without the inconvenience of storing the computer at their desk. The HMX 1070 offers remote access to your computer peripheral's functionality and applications from anywhere on the corporate TCP/IP LAN, or point-to-point over a single UTP cable.
