09 – After opening a KVM session to one of my servers I see a black bar on the side of the viewer screen. How can I fix this?

A video refresh should solve the problem. Inside the KVM viewer, click View > Refresh.  Or you can try a manual adjustment by clicking Tools > Manual Video Adjust… then press the Image Capture Horizontal Position button and move the slider.
